The apartments in Casa Latanza can be rented from Saturday to Saturday from mid April to mid October. If possible we can also offer you deviating arrival and departure days. Arrival time from 4 pm and departure time is 10 am.
Rental fees
The rental fee depends on the prices during high or off season.
Upon your request we will send you detailed information about the costs.
The rental fee includs all consumption costs, bed linen, towels, dish towels, wood for the stove and unlimited use of the WI-FI internet connection. Final cleaning is at an extra cost. For long term rentals (3-8 weeks) we will make you a special price.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental fee has to be paid when the booking is made.
The remaining 70% of the rental fee has to be paid on the day of arrival.
Information on bank connection will be provided when the booking is being confirmed.
Cancellation modalities
Should the Tenant, for whatever reason, cancel a lease he/she will be responsible to pay the following cancellation charges:
- cancellation prior to 42 days before the lease is due to start - 30% of the total amount
- cancellation between the 42nd and the 28th day before the start - 60% of the total amount
- cancellation between the 27th and 7th day before the start - 90% of the total amount
- cancellation within 6 days before the start or no show - 100% of the total amount.
If the Tenant has paid a sufficient portion of the amount of the lease then the cancellation charges will be deducted and the balance returned to the Tenant, if any. If the Tenant has not paid a sufficient portion of the lease fee to cover the cancellation charges, the Tenant is legally responsible to pay the balance of the unpaid cancellation charges to the Owner within 5 business days of receiving a request to do so.
